With being Cincinnati’s premier portrait photographer, my process might look a little different than what you’re used to. That’s because I offer full service custom photography from start to finish. If you’re unfamiliar with the custom photography experience, here’s what you can expect from the process.
Step 1: Schedule a phone call so I can better understand your needs.
After initially reaching out, we will schedule a phone call to discuss how I can fit your specific needs. I’ll also answer any questions you have about packages, pricing, the process, or other needs you might have. No need to worry if you don’t know where to start! I will be there from beginning to end to make sure you are comfortable with each step to achieve an amazing final product.
Step 2: In-Home or Zoom Clothing Consultation
Once we agree on your needs, we’ll schedule an in-home or zoom clothing consultation. This is where all the things that will make perfect outfits will be discussed. Have a favorite shirt, but not sure which shoes to match with it? Maybe you want to look a bit more dressed up than your everyday wardrobe, but don’t know how to piece something together? I’ve got you covered!
Not only will we discuss outfits, but also possible locations for the photo shoot. I have lots of examples to share to make this decision a little easier on you if you need them. Additionally, this is a great time for us to discuss where the wall art will be hung once printed. Your walls will have never looked so good!
Step 3: The Photo Shoot
The moment you’ve been waiting for, the photo shoot. The only thing you will need to bring with you will be your outfits and a sparkling smile. I’ll take care of the rest!
Since each package comes with complimentary hair and make-up (for the first client, each client after is an additional fee), you will start your day with my fabulous hair and make-up artist. She will make sure you have a polished look ready for the camera. After that, we get to have fun! I want you to be as relaxed and stress-free as possible during your shoot.
Step 4: Photo Reveal
7-10 days after your shoot I will come back to your home or via zoom to show you all of the beautiful art we created together. During this time you will select which images you want, as well as have the ability to purchase extra images, prints, and wall art on the spot.
Step 5: Framed Photo Installation
Remember how in Step 2 we planned out where all the wall art was going? That’s because about 3 weeks after prints are ordered, I will come back to your house and install the framed photos for you. That means no finding ladders, time, and bravery to hang it yourself. I will take care of it!
